These easy-to-prepare Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Skewers are a fun, family-friendly option that is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner.

Doing this has bolstered their interest in learning how to cook and—much to my delight—motivated them to try new foods! This past week we tried a new recipe that they selected: BBQ Chicken Skewers. This recipe comes from … [Read more...] about Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Skewers

What’s for dinner in my house during June 2022? Meals include BBQ Chicken Salad, Beefy Tortellini Skillet, and Air Fryer Empanadas.

Another busy month has nearly passed. Summer is beginning, which doesn’t mean a whole lot for my family for a couple of reasons. First, it’s already very hot around here. Pack for trips quickly and easily with the help of this printable packing list! It’s editable, so you can customize it to meet your needs.

When I begin preparing for a trip, the first thing I do is print a copy of my packing list. You can see my old packing list in a post I published eight years ago. That list is perfectly functional, but I decided to create one that is less colorful and that has slightly different categories. These are the categories I’ve included in my new … [Read more...] about Printable Vacation Packing List
