February 2020 Dinner Menu

January 30, 2020 By Shannon This post may contain affiliate links and this site uses cookies. Click here for details.

I can’t believe we’re already a month into the New Year! I hope you are fully recovered from the holidays. We’ve made a few beneficial changes to our routine, but one thing we haven’t changed is our menu planning approach.

What’s for dinner in my house during February 2020? Menu items include parmesan buttermilk chicken tenders, fajitas, and Hawaiian chicken.

At the beginning of each month I plan our dinner menu for the coming weeks (you can see past menus here). Though it is sometimes difficult to think of so many dinners at one time, this approach is useful for my family because it saves us both time (I don’t have to find an opportunity to menu plan each week) and money (I can make bulk purchases of the foods we’ll use numerous times).

I only include dinners on our menus. We typically eat leftovers or simple things like peanut butter sandwiches, cheese broccoli soup, or avocado egg salad for lunch. We typically eat smoothies, scrambled eggs and toast, oatmeal, or fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

Here are the yummy dinners we will eat during February 2020.
