February 2021 Dinner Menu

February 4, 2021 By Shannon This post may contain affiliate links and this site uses cookies. Click here for details.

I can’t believe we are already one month into 2021. The year is zooming by already! Among other things, this means it is time for a new menu.

What’s for dinner in my house during February 2021? Menu items include chicken and wild rice casserole, steak Alfredo, and chicken parmesan.

At the beginning of each month I plan out our dinners for the coming weeks (you can see past menus here). I do this monthly instead of weekly because it saves me time (I don’t have to find time to meal plan each week) and it sometimes saves me a bit of money (I can make bulk purchases of the foods I’ll use several times). I only include dinners on our menus because we eat simple things for breakfast and lunch. For example, for breakfast we’ll have things like homemade muffins or oatmeal and for lunch we’ll have things like almond butter sandwiches or homemade macaroni and cheese.

Here are the delicious meals we are looking forward to eating this February.

I just started monthly meal planning myself and am loving it! I am not fond of meal planning in general so to get the chore out of the way in one days is such a huge relief. Thanks for sharing your delicious menu ideas with us at Encouraging Hearts and Home. Pinned.

That’s kind of how I see it. Why do it four times a month when I can get it out of the way in one sitting?
      Thanks for stopping by!

[…] I do enjoy the coziness of the days this time of year. I also enjoy the time these days bring for planning and looking ahead. Curled up under a warm throw, with my favorite mug of coffee, I find satisfaction in menu planning and garden preparation and school evaluation. How perfect that last week’s most popular post in our weekly blog hop was February 2021 Dinner Menu. […]
