I typically write a “year in review” post that I share at the end of December, but I simply didn’t have time for that during this past week! I feel like most of our year was spent preparing to move and then actually moving, so it might have been a little redundant anyway.
We had a nice, relatively low-key Christmas. Now—ready or not—it’s 2024! I don’t know what this year will hold for us, but I do know what we plan to eat for dinner this month.
Days 1-7
- Seasoned steak strips, macaroni and cheese, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- Superior chicken noodle soup
- Baked ziti, green beans
- Creamy Mediterranean chicken skillet, steamed broccoli
- Soft tacos, corn
- Slow cooker meatball tortellini
Days 8-14
- Lemon pepper chicken, buttered noodles, green beans
- Tortellini tomato soup
- Chicken noodle casserole, steamed broccoli
- One-pot creamy chicken and rice, honey-glazed carrots
- Beef tips over noodles, green beans
- Slow cooker red beans and rice
Days 15-21
- Garlic parmesan chicken, roasted root vegetables
- Turkey and wild rice soup
- Chicken Normandy skillet, honey-glazed carrots
- Mexican rice bake, tortilla chips
- Slow cooker creamy Italian chicken, green beans
- Vegetable lasagna
Days 22-31
- Easy cheesy stroganoff, honey-glazed carrots
- Burrito bowls
- Slow cooker beef stew
- Dump-and-bake creamy chicken and orzo
- Savory southern bean casserole
- Creamy noodles with ham, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- Breakfast for dinner
