December was wonderful for us, but it was very busy. My girls had a craft fair with their homeschool group early in the month. As Christmas approached, their Granny (my wonderful mother-in law) arrived and we did all our usual shopping, wrapping, baking, etc. We shared lots of laughter and fun. It is always bittersweet when we get into January because I don’t want the Christmas festivities to end, but I’m also ready to get back to our normal routine.

January should be typical for us. We’ll start school again and the girls will resume weekly meetups with their homeschool group. We had such warm temperatures over Christmas that we are really hoping for some true winter weather before spring creeps in. We’ll see what happens.
