June slipped by us quickly! I didn’t realize we were about to enter July until a couple of days ago. It’s so hot outside that we can barely stand to go outdoors. This is the time of year that we must brace ourselves to persevere through the rest of the summer.
We’ll make it, of course, and we’ll eat a lot of popsicles along the way! We’ll also be eating the following tasty dinners this July (you can see many past menus here).
Days 1-7
- Lemon pepper chicken, buttered noodles, steamed broccoli
- Mexican rice bake, tortilla chips
- Smoked beef sausage, seasoned rice, sugar snap peas
- Chef salad
- Spaghetti with garden-fresh spaghetti sauce, green beans
- Cheeseburgers, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- Pico de gallo tilapia, southwestern rice, black beans
Days 8-14
- Air fryer BBQ chicken skewers, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- Burrito bowls
- Slow cooker bourbon chicken, basmati rice, steamed broccoli
- Taco salad
- Vegetable lasagna, side salad
- Chicken club wraps, air fryer zucchini chips
- Turkey cutlets with pan gravy, green beans
Days 15-21
- Southwest cheesy chicken sandwiches, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- Creamy pasta primavera, breadsticks
- Air fryer steak bites, seasoned rice, sugar snap peas
- Chicken drumsticks, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- BBQ chicken salad
- Soft tacos, corn
- Creamy Cajun chicken pasta, green beans
Days 22-31
- Easy French dip sandwiches, sweet potato fries, green beans
- Grilled chicken fingers, fresh veggies with ranch dip
- Easy cheesy stroganoff, steamed broccoli
- Quinoa and black bean stuffed peppers, side salad
- Chef salad
- Chicken Florentine skillet, green beans
- Sausage and tortellini in cheesy tomato sauce, sugar snap peas
- Grilled cheese sandwiches, roasted summer vegetables
- Bacon-stuffed yellow squash, side salad
- Breakfast for dinner

Sounds like such a wonderful month of eating! I feel like July crept up on just about everyone this year. I didn’t write up my monthly menu until the 1st and I usually like to plan out our month a full week ahead of time.
