June 2021 Dinner Menu

May 29, 2021 By Shannon This post may contain affiliate links and this site uses cookies. Click here for details.

Our weather has been hot and rainy over the last couple of weeks. We’re finally getting a break from the rain, but the heat isn’t going to go anywhere anytime soon. Thus, I’m trying to plan meals on my menu that don’t use the oven.

What’s for dinner in my house during June 2021? Menu items include Chicken Florentine Skillet, Cheeseburger Quesadillas, and Air Fryer Steak Bites.

At the beginning of each month, I sit down and plan out our dinners for the coming weeks (you can see many past menus here). I like this approach to menu planning because it means I don’t have to meal plan on a weekly basis. Additionally, I can sometimes save a little money by purchasing bulk quantities of the foods I know I’ll use several times during the month. I only plan our dinners because we keep things simple for breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, we eat things like oatmeal, scrambled eggs with toast, and bagels with cream cheese. For lunch, we eat leftovers or simple meals like almond butter sandwiches.

Here are the yummy meals we plan to eat during June 2021.

      Thanks, Debbie!
Monthly menus work for us, but we’ve done weekly at other times. Whatever works for you is the best way!

We just wrote up our menu for the month last week and focused a lot on grill meals! I try not to use our oven much in the summer; we have a/c but I take any excuse I can get for my husband to cook more. 🙂

(though I did put your cheeseburger quesadillas on our menu for next week)

If we had a grill, then I would do the same!
Hope you enjoy the cheeseburger quesadillas!
