March 2020 Dinner Menu

February 27, 2020 By Shannon This post may contain affiliate links and this site uses cookies. Click here for details.

The temperatures are definitely warming up around here. We’ve had a very mild winter, so I’m not sure I’m ready for spring and summer! Nevertheless, the calendar is about to change to March and later this month we’ll begin spring. It’s time for a new menu!

What’s for dinner in my house during March 2020? Menu items include Southwest Cheesy Chicken Sandwiches, Burrito Bowls, and Sloppy Joe Pasta.

At the start of each month I plan our dinner menu for the coming weeks (click here to see past menus). The time it takes to come up with a month’s worth of dinners at once is worth it because it saves us time (I don’t have to set aside time to menu plan each week) and money (I can purchase bulk quantities of the foods we’ll eat numerous times).

I only include dinners on our menus. We typically eat leftovers or simple things like French toast, peanut butter sandwiches, or avocado egg salad for lunch. We typically eat yogurt, scrambled eggs and toast, oatmeal, or cereal for breakfast.

Here are the tasty dinners we will eat during March 2020.

Days 1-7

  • Salad, breadsticks
  • Southwest cheesy chicken sandwiches, sugar snap peas
  • Chicken Alfredo, green beans

Yumm-o! These recipes look amazing. It doesn’t hurt that I’m just about ready to start cooking dinner and I’m starving, but I definitely see a few recipes we’ll be trying out. Pinned.
