November 2021 Dinner Menu

November 1, 2021 By Shannon This post may contain affiliate links and this site uses cookies. Click here for details.

Our weather has been absolutely gorgeous these last few days! It’s such a nice way to begin November. Like most of you, we’ll be busy this month engaging in gratitude activities, having family visit, and enjoying yummy foods as we feast together on Thanksgiving.

What’s for dinner in my house during November 2021? Menu items include Beef Tips and Gravy, Maple Balsamic Chicken, and Chicken Florentine Skillet.

I imagine our menu will undergo some changes as we get closer to the end of the month. This tends to happen around holidays and when we have family visit. I was thinking the same thing as we were putting our menu together for November; knowing we’d probably have to make changes at the end of the month I tried to keep our meals simple. This sounds like you have a delicious month planned.

We’ll definitely have changes, but at least I’ll have this to guide me when we do have normal nights!

Shannon … your post made me realize (with great joy!!) that I’m not cooking either Thanksgiving OR Christmas this year!

I love having my daughters move into this role … and I’m glad to simply play a supportive role.

    😉

How neat, Linda, to be in this place! My daughters (ages 7, 5, and 3) are becoming really interested in helping out in the kitchen. I know they will be doing a lot to help this Thanksgiving. I’ll remember your comment for inspiration at those times when their “help” feels more like extra work!

You are so smart to plan your meals out for the entire month.

I’ve tried a variety of approaches over the years, and this is the one that worked best. Different things work for different families, so what is “smart” really depends on the family. I think the key is figuring out what that looks like for you.
