November 2022 Dinner Menu

We’ve been looking forward to this month for quite a while! We have numerous family members coming into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with us. We are eager to spend time with them and to enjoy many delicious foods!

What’s for dinner in my house during November 2022? Meals include Butternut Squash Alfredo, Cider-Glazed Chicken, and Pumpkin Chili.

I’m sure our menu will experience some changes as we get closer to Thanksgiving. It’s inevitable that things will change as family members begin arriving and we have various dinner requests being made and additional cooks in the kitchen. We’ll be flexible and enjoy the fun! As things stand now, here is our plan for the month (you can see past menus here).

Days 1-7

  • Cheeseburger quesadillas, roasted parsnips

Cheeseburger Quesadillas

  • Creamy garlic mushroom chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans
  • Baked potato soup, side salad
  • Super easy beef and rice casserole, fresh veggies with ranch dip

  • Red beans and rice
  • Spaghetti with meat sauce, steamed broccoli
  • Creamy mushroom pasta, green beans

Days 8-14

  • Bourbon chicken over rice, sugar snap peas

  • Shepherd’s pie
  • Chicken parmesan, green beans
  • Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, fresh veggies with ranch dip
  • Turkey and wild rice soup

  • Creamy Cajun chicken pasta, side salad

Days 15-21

  • Mexican rice bake, tortilla chips

Days 22-30

  • Cider-glazed chicken, rice, steamed broccoli
  • Pizza (delivered from restaurant), side salad
  • Thanksgiving dinner
  • Cheesy ham chowder

  • Baked ziti, green beans

The Best Baked Ziti

  • Chicken and wild rice casserole, honey-glazed carrots
  • Butternut squash Alfredo, side salad
  • Lemon pepper chicken, buttered noodles, sugar snap peas
  • Breakfast for dinner
