We’ve had such a mild winter around here that I’m not particularly eager for spring’s arrival. Nevertheless, it’s about to begin.
Like each of the other seasons, there are a number of unique things about spring that make it special. I’m going to enjoy these things, even if I feel unprepared for the warmer weather.

- Seeing flowers everywhere
- Playing outdoors in comfortable temperatures
- Listening to birds sing
- Engaging in spring cleaning
- Finishing the school year
- Seeing new life all around
- Enjoying moderate temperatures
- Working in the yard
- Celebrating Easter
- Seeing baby animals
- Eating fresh fruit
- Wearing sandals
- Enjoying more sunshine
- Seeing butterflies
- Wearing sundresses
- Picking strawberries
- Watching trees bud
- Enjoying warm breezes
- Planting gardens
- Listening to falling rain
- Seeing bright colors everywhere
