I’ve been looking for some menu ideas; we started working on our August menu last week and I only have 1/2 of the days filled in so far! I’m trying to keep our meals light and easy and summery still but am starting to crave those warmer dishes that fall and back to school bring.

I’m definitely looking forward to fall days when I can make the warmer dishes!
      Thanks for stopping by.

This is a great menu. Thanks for so many great ideas. I’d really like to try the creamy garlic meatballs! I’m always looking for meal planning inspiration as I am not very good at sticking to a plan.

This sort of approach isn’t for everyone, Ruth. I firmly believe that different things work for different families, so it’s awesome if another approach works for you! If a dish on the menu gives you a helpful idea for a meal, then I’m thrilled to be able to help in that way. 🙂
