May 2026 Dinner Menu

May 1, 2026 By Shannon Leave a Comment This post may contain affiliate links and this site uses cookies. Click here for details.

I find it a little difficult to believe that April is over! Thankfully, the month passed without incident for us. We had numerous rainy days and thunderstorms, but generally the weather was mild. This allowed us numerous opportunities to get outside. We’ve been very diligent with school and are on track to wrap things up by the end of May.

What’s for dinner in my house during May 2026? Meals include Cheeseburger Quesadillas, Tuscan Tortellini Skillet, and Peach Balsamic Chicken.

Other than wrapping up the school year, we don’t have a whole lot on the calendar for May. This is good because I could definitely use some down time! I also need to get some decluttering and deep cleaning done around the house. Here are the dinners we plan to eat this month (you can see past menus here).
